Happy Easter Sunday
April 16, 2017
Easter, also known as Resurrection Day, is a celebration among Christians signifying the return (resurrection) of our Lord Jesus Christ, yet a lot of non-religious people celebrate it as a cultural holiday. Some of the more popular Easter events to do are going to church, being together with loved ones, spending the day at the park, barbecues, brunches and egg hunts for the kids. Regardless of your reasons for celebrating Easter, there are many things you can do to commemorate the day, but you won't have to venture too far if you live at Lake Forest Shores. The Lake Forest Beach and Tennis Club is having an Eggstravaganza on April 15, 2017 from 9:00am to 11:00am which is sponsored by the Boy Scout Troop 628. Tickets are available for purchase, so come by and enjoy the pancake breakfast, egg hunts, music, petting zoo, face painting, bounce house, crafts and Easter bunny. This should be a fun filled event for the whole family to enjoy.
As for any other exciting events taking place, don't forget to check out "Line Dancing with Rosa" on May 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd. Get your groove on by line dancing to Country, Latin and Pop Tunes. This is a great way to start meeting people within your neighborhood, exercise, but more importantly, it's fun!
BTW - I'm happy to announce that the front gate lock has been fixed...Yay! Also, it seems that picking up after your pet is still an issue. Signs have been posted around the complex indicating the following:
"We are having a serious recurring problem of dog owners not picking up after their dogs. There will be a fine of up to $100 per incident if you do not pick up after your dog. All dogs must be on a leash at all times. Board membes will be patrolling the property on a regular basis to make sure the rules are being followed. Please keep an eye open if you see anyone breaking the rules. You can call Trisha at Associa (949) 465-2478."
Let's try to keep our neighborhood clean. Remember, it is your responsibility to pick up after your pet. If you witness improper behavior or anyone breaking the rules and regulations, please report it to assist in discouraging future violations by residents/tenants within our development.
