Happy Holidays To All!

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!!! Time for opening up presents, being with loved ones and finding out if you were on Santa's naughty or nice list. It's the most wonderful time of the year and I hope everyone had a joyous day full of celebration in sharing the joy of the season with the people who matter the most to them and let's not forget, helping those in need.

Being one of the busiest shopping times of the year and seeing everyone scramble to get their Christmas list completed, it was a pleasure going to the Irvine Spectrum to relax and see some of the more beautiful holiday decorations. Fortunately, it was cooler this year, so it truly enhanced the experience of the Christmas season.

Below are a couple images of neighborhood decorated homes. It's good to know the Christmas spirit is still alive for people to enjoy the beautiful lights and decorations that come with it.

Lastly, in my opinion, 2016 was a bit challenging. Our HOA fees were increased significantly due to alleged ongoing water intrusion matters that cost the complex over 150K in repairs, plus assessment fees to receive approval for a bank loan. Nonetheless, 2017 is bringing some changes to Lake Forest Shores, i.e. re-piping project and lowered HOA fees by $10.
