Asphalt Repaving Project

Some of the residents have addressed concerns regarding the asphalt/street repairs. Well, the time is now. You should have received notice via U.S. Mail and if not, there is a posting at every mailbox location throughout the complex with a schedule and directions as to what will transpire during this project. In order to ensure completion of this project within a timely manner and avoid unnecessary delays, please make sure you read the attached schedules. Please remember that failure to obey/follow directions as posted in the street repair notice will result in towing of vehicle(s) at owner's expense; therefore, please make sure you pay attention to the schedule and arrange parking of your vehicle(s) ahead of time.

UPDATE: Caliber Paving Company Inc. will return on Monday, July 17, 2017, to complete street repairs in designated areas of the community, including the entrance gate. Work is scheduled from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please plan accordingly and move your vehicle off the premises before construction begins if you expect to need it during those hours.
