Witchin’ Good Time

It seems there are more tricks than treats in today's world, but let's focus on the treats associated with what's to come. Yup, Halloween is only a couple days away and it seems to have come out of nowhere. It makes you realize that 2023 is almost over and with all that is happening around the world, maybe it's a good thing; but who knows what 2024 may bring, so let's hope for the best. Anyways, there's still a couple months before the New Year.

For this Halloween, the Beach and Tennis Club had their spooky night of fun, delicious food and beverages. It was open to all ages, but you had to have purchased a ticket. Being that Halloween is on Tuesday this year, a lot of fun-filled spooktacular events are/were this weekend. Of course, there will be some activities on Halloween Day.

Unfortunately, I didn't go to any Halloween parties or events. The only thing I did was go to the grocery stores. In doing so, I did notice was that a lot of Halloween products were still on the shelves. I'm not sure if people are waiting until the last minute to do their shopping or the high cost of foods, gas, utilities and everything else could be a reason for consumers to spend less on items that are not necessities.

Halloween 2023 is still within COVID times, but people are still making their way to the celebrations.
